Severability and Waiver

Waiver: Failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms will not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance later. A waiver of any breach is not a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation

If these Terms are provided in a language other than English, the English version controls in case of any conflict.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined by us.
